# Can you sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with us?

As a company operating within the **Diia.City**  and a member of the **IT Cluster**, we adhere to stringent data protection standards. Our operations are subject to regular compliance audits, ensuring alignment with both Ukrainian legislation and international data protection regulations, including the **General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)**.

We are open to reviewing and signing your DPA template or can provide our standard agreement for your consideration. Please share your preferred version, and we will proceed accordingly.
